Connect How did your love story begin?

We first met at an anime convention, Bold Matsuri, in 2023 right before he moved out of state. We stayed close as Instagram friends, and when he returned in late 2024, he asked her out. As they say, timing is everything, and things just didn’t pan out, but he happily played the long game. We kept our connection, eventually hanging out in person again. That’s when she finally realized her deep feelings for him and asked him on a date. We’ve been together since Jan 2026, definitely worth the wait!

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Our favorite memories are built on our cute casual date days. We love finding small boutique coffee shops and trying new drinks, then heading out to a local park, trail, or the historic downtown area to play PokémonGO together. It’s relaxing, simple, and entirely us. Whether we're catching rare Pokémon or just exploring a new area with iced lattes in hand, these simple dates are a constant reminder of how much fun we have just being in each other's company.

What would you do with $20,000?

Winning would give us the perfect balance of building our future and making memories. We’d use a portion to knock out some student loans and debt, setting a strong financial foundation, you know fiscal responsibilities. However, we would also dedicate a big chunk of it to our future adventures together; to travel to brand new locations, explore historic areas, hunt down unique local coffee shops, and, of course, catch plenty of Pokémon along the way! It would jumpstart our next big chapter.
