We have been together since we were 17 years old. We have survived so much together. Still the love of our lives. Even after 43 years!!❤️

We always had eyes for each other! We just couldn't admit it at the time. He would come into my work at the ice cream shop. ( My first job!) I would make him his favorite milkshake and he would keep coming back. Finally we had our first date. We went to a movie and it was so awkward. You see we were such good friends. It was my birthday and I realized I loved him! The next day I woke up to find the most beautiful pottery vase that he had made me. Along with a card where he shared his love.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?The incredible adventures we have shared! We once went on a date where he drove me to the beach. We were sitting on the beach at sunset. We saw something shiny in the ocean. We rolled up our pant legs and ran into the ocean. We literally found a Cadillac! This year after 47 years together, we built our dream home in the mountains of New Mexico! We walk our porches every evening to stargaze hand in hand, we ask each one other"who lives here" ? We always say, "We do"!!!
What would you do with $20,000?It would be wonderful to open up our home to other couples for a weekend getaway. We would love to share the wisdom and insight that we have been given in our marriage over our years together. We have had many trials. Through faith, hope and love and lots of steadfastness we are still going strong!❤️
