We were friends in high school and would always share a dance or two at school dances. At the Carnival Kelly's senior year, we started dancing and didn't stop all night long. We just enjoyed spending time together and from that night on, since we were both 16, we've been inseparable! Two weeks after we began dating, Steve told me that he loved me and he knew we would spend our lives together and now he likes to say how he was right...I'm happy he was!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Steve was deployed in 2001, before 9/11, and told me that he wouldn't return before Christmas, but ended up coming home early, surprising me on our anniversary, 5 days before Christmas! It was such a sweet surprise and most unforgettable anniversary gift ever!
What would you do with $20,000?We would use it to take a real honeymoon somewhere exotic for our 30th anniversary in 2027 and take our kids with us to celebrate a lifetime of love and God's blessings!
