We parent two monsters that people call cats, dance in the kitchen, appreciate the little things, and remind each other of our love daily.
We would like to thank you for supporting Stella & Eric in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
We met by chance. Eric went to college in Connecticut and Stella went to college in Virginia, both living without the slightest idea the other existed. Then one semester, Eric got an internship in the town bordering Stella’s school and the sparks flew from there. We had a mutual friend; someone Eric knew from high school and Stella knew from college; who put us in contact with each other. At first we were just friends, but as time went on we slowly but surely fell in love.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Following Stella’s graduation from college, we were invited on a trip to Hilton Head, South Carolina. On the remote island we shared some of our favorite memories: long bike rides along the beach, boogie boarding in the water, and many frozen daiquiris. We spent the week with no distractions and completely obsessed with one another, making the trip our favorite memory.
What would you do with $20,000?If we won $20,000 we would use it to start a life together. We currently live in a very old apartment and with that money, we would be able to build a tiny home in the Blue Ridge mountains where our cats could frolic outside and we could have a space all our own.
