At work, cliche,I know. Who would ever think they would bump into such an amazing person in a small court house in Washington State. With both of us havging been married before, we had no idea what was in store for us and what unconditional love, understanding and acceptance would do to us over the next 8 years. We became the most authentic, best versions of ourselves who put big dreams into action. We eloped and laughed and cried throughout the ceremony. I wish this experience for everyone.

Moving to Mexico! We decided to sell our home and move out of the country when Lisa completed her career of 30 years and was ready to retire early to travel. We obtained our permanent residency and used Mexico as our home base to home swap and travel the world for 4 years before returning to the US after we became grandparents. We have made lifelong friends, built amazing memories(horseback riding in Santorini has to be a favorite as well as a road trip from Cancun to Washington and back.)

A few things... First, since we missed a lot of family time over those four years. I would love to have a mixed family reunion and really get to spend some time with our new granddaughter. Second, as you can imagine, our home in Washington is fairly empty. When we moved to Mexico, we sold everything and when we moved back, we did the same. Our flight home consisted of 4 checked bags and 2 carry ons. Stacy returned to work full time as a child advocate so a few new work outfits would be great!
