It’s hard to put it into 500 characters and it’s such a good story - but we found each other through two mutual acquaintances, while living two hours away from each other, and right after swearing off dating. We met 2,221 days ago and not a single one of those days has gone by without us talking to one another.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?A few years back, we floated the Caddo River with all of my closest friends. Shellbie hates the water but she braved it for me - and for the promise that if she did it, I would agree to go sky diving at some point. I reluctantly agreed but there’s so time frame on that so I’m safe so far. It was the best day on the water, we both enjoyed every second of it (after a little alcohol helped calm her down) but now I have to jump out of a plane…
What would you do with $20,000?I’d probably have to use some of it to go sky diving with Shellbie - who doesn’t know I’m doing any of this. But after that, I’d get my mom a scooter or small car to get around Antigo. She’s living in those apartments that are government assisted and without a vehicle so she has to walk everywhere with bad knees or ask for rides. This would be an huge blessing and incentive for her to renew her license. Whatever remains would get put in a savings account for shellbie and I to decide together.
