We have four children and 17 grandchildren. We are an extremely close family. Now that we are empty nesters we depend on each other.

I lived in St Louis Mo and came to visit my sister and her husband one summer in NY. I was majoring in retailing and merchandising in college. My sister found me a job in a small boutique while I was visiting. My husband’s sister was the store manager. She set us up on a blind date and the rest was history!!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our weekend celebration for our 50th anniversary with our children and grandchildren to the Catskills. They did hysterical skits about us and our marriage.
What would you do with $20,000?Help our kids with some education bills for the grandkids and go on a cruise. I had a liver transplant 6 years ago and we haven’t been able to travel much. We really need a special getaway. Because of my husband I am alive today. He spent weeks finding a hospital to do the transplant and finally found one who would do it!
