Shannon worked for Russell ( executive chef) as his Sous Chef. She had a big crush on him & let him know it. He had to tell Her that dating between employees in the same dept was not acceptable. So what did Shannon do? She applied to the catering & sales dept & changed depts. as much as shannon had big goals to be a chef - her feelings for Russell were stronger!!they have increased their business to 3 trucks, 1 mini & 1 kiosk. They also have personalized license plates to honor their parents!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Funny as it seems - their first date was breakfast at a Cracker Barrel!!! They spent a hours there exchanging their past and their goals. That was 23 years ago & they were married 3 years later
What would you do with $20,000?Since then they both left the Hyatt (after being at several different Hyatt hotels around the country). They purchased a KONA ICE franchise and have more than doubled their trucks and employees! They donate money from their sales to several different causes. $20,000 would continue to help their business & to help the area and children in their community.
