We didn't realize at the time, but our story began almost 19 years ago. I had moved from CA to NC and I was visiting a friend one afternoon and standing on the 2nd floor condo balcony was the most handsome man. Fast forward 8 years and we never spoke a word to each other. Furtive glances here and there but otherwise nothing. Then one day in April, 2018 I unknowingly walked into his salon and became a client. In 2024, he broke his one rule - to never date a client. For me and only me.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memory is our very first date, we had tacos and drinks at a local bar and where we chatted for hours and were asked by a random person how long we had been married. And when we told him we weren't he asked if it was our 5th tinder date. Which still makes us chuckle. Tinder(?!) what even is tinder...just kidding we met the old fashioned way.
What would you do with $20,000?We know it sounds very cliche' but we would use it for a honeymoon and possibly some chickens, and maybe a mini highland cow.
