Connect How did your love story begin?

We met in Colombia back in 2012, sebastian has just lost his brother and i was going through a hard time in life, we met each other and we just knew we were meant to be together, We moved in together 4 months after we met, we dated for 2 years before i proposed and we decided to leave colombia and go after our our dreams, we sold everything and move to LA. 13 years later here we are, with the help of god and love!

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Our wedding. Even though we were completely broke, like no money, we couldn't afford a wedding, only 3 family memebrs could come, we had 2 friends, but that day was so special, and without knowing it we woke up to the news that that day gay marriage was officially legal in all united states, it was june 26, 2015! It was the perfect sign and everything will be ok, and we were meant for each other! It taught us that you dont need a big wedding or money to celebrate love and commitment.

What would you do with $20,000?

Before COVID-19, we owned and operated a travelers’ hostel from 2016 to 2020. The pandemic caused us to lose everything, and we’ve been working hard to rebuild ever since. This opportunity would help us pursue our dream of opening a new hospitality business, support our families, and create a stable future. Being able to start over and rebuild our lives would truly be the greatest gift we could receive.
