We met in 2008 at Applebees. He came in looking for a job and I interviewed him. He ended up getting hired and I was sorta his boss. We would talk a lot and we both found each other easy to talk to. One day David did my brakes and after hours of talking he asked me out. I remember going home and being so excited. 15 years later we are still very much in love.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our Texas vacation. We never took a honeymoon a. Because affordability and b. Mostly my kids. I was a single mom of 3 when we met so the kids took priority so we did things with them the week we were off. So in 2023 we drove to San Antonio( which was going to be our honeymoon spot). The trip started off crazy, I was sick, had a migraine, drove through a twister, but we had fun just exploring the riverwalk and just being with each other.
What would you do with $20,000?Take our kids on a nice vacation, fix up our house a bit. We desperately need new windows.
