How did your love story begin?

We met during a paintball game in 2010 to celebrate a mutual friend coming home from the army. I (Jacki) was the only girl, and I made sure everyone knew I called "dibs". We were the only two smokers and he kept giving me cigarettes to get us to talk longer. During the game I was taken out and he gave up his perfect hiding place to avenge me. The rest is history. Love at first sight.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Its hard to pick, we have the usual things like our mini homemade wedding. But we are more about little things. Like our first Valentines day, when there was a blizzard right before. We were super broke, He built me a snow fort and set up candles and we ate Taco Bell in it. We eat tacos every valentines day. No chocolate or flowers, we are not into that, Just tacos. We have now upgraded to street tacos, but still hit up the Bell for nostalgia some years. My favorite tradition!!

What would you do with $20,000?

He would insist we finally have a honeymoon (a 2020 wedding on our 10 year anniversary was pretty romantic. After, we stayed in a campground a few towns over and had our first dance just us by a fire at like 1:30am), as sweet as our mini honeymoon was, traveling just the two of us somewhere cooler would be so awesome. But, I would want to buy him a new truck. His truck is a 2003, and in pretty rough shape. He drives it 100 or so miles a day for work, half the seat is missing, and it has no A/C.
