We’ve been married almost 54 years and every day is something to look forward to! We were blessed with 3 wonderful children and thank God f!

As a college sophmore, one of my dorm friends was invited by a boy to an open house at his dorm. Not wanting to go alone, she got a group to go with her. There I met John, and the chemistry was immediate. He played guitar, with the coolest looking sideburns. He was pretty shy, but luckily a Sadie Hawkins Day Dance was planned and one of the other girls from the open house group said that if I didn’t ask John, she would. That’s all the impetus I needed. We clicked and the rest is history.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?So many memories. Our favorites would have to be the births of our three children!
What would you do with $20,000?Since we were unable to go on our planned honeymoon due to flooding, I’d love to have the honeymoon we never had. Maybe in Hawaii or Europe!
