Tough times made us stronger. We face every challenge as a team and celebrate every victory together.
Help us share our love story in Variety, take home $20,000, and go on a triple date with Jeff & Emilie Goldblum and Charlie Day & Mary Elizabeth Ellis!
Ryan and Kat met in 2001, at 15 and 13 years old, through mutual friends. The day we met, Ryan stepped in and saved Kat from being assaulted at a mutual friend's home. In one of the darkest moments of her life, he chose to protect me without hesitation. That moment became the foundation of our relationship. Over the years, our love grew, and together we built a life centered on trust, resilience, and family.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? One of our favorite memories is spending the day kayak fishing together. There's something peaceful about being out on the water, talking between casts, laughing when one of us snags a fish, and simply enjoying each other's company. Those days remind us that the best moments aren't always the biggest adventures. Sometimes they're just the quiet ones we share side by side.
What would you do with $20,000?A $20,000 gift would allow us to create lasting memories as a family while easing financial stress. We would take our children on an outdoor adventure they've always dreamed of, invest in experiences that bring us together, and set aside the remaining funds to support our education and future goals. More than anything, it would give us time together, something we value more than anything else.
