How did your love story begin?

It started near 25 years ago. We met in passing, so just a mere 30 seconds and the whole trajectory of our lives would have been changed. We exchanged glances but never spoke. I made a comment to my friend I would marry him some day. We questioned acquaintances until we found each other. Been together since! I know we have that once in a life time love that no matter what we had to meet and our souls are intertwined!

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

So many wonderful memories together. Every day of loving him and being loved by him is a blessing. My favorite memories are the days are children were born. We have one daughter and one son. Another memory, when I was in high school, he got an extra key from my mom to my car. He put rose petals all in my car and made a pathway to the car. There was a giant teddy bear in my front seat and he sprayed it with his cologne as his scent is my favorite.

What would you do with $20,000?

We would take our dream trip to Aruba!! We’ve always wanted to go, but with work, life and 2 kids, we never could really afford it. We just put our daughter through 4 years at Marshall University and now she’s preparing for Med school, which another expense. I am so appreciative of the consideration for this.
