Twas a modern day love story. We had crossed paths about 10 years before Ron had actually asked me out. The magic of social media kept us connected and one day he slid into my DMs. After some heavy duty investigative work, I confirmed that he was single. We chatted in the DMs for a few weeks until I gave him my number. He called immediately and we planned our first date. We never made it past appetizers. We talked for hours until the restaurant closed. We've been locked in ever since.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We've been together 8 years so pinpointing one memory is almost impossible. I think a better question is what's been my favorite journey as a couple. Basketball. Ron is a die hard Knicks fan. Since we began dating, he made it his mission to teach me about basketball and his team. Being able to experience the Knicks winning the championship with him has been incredibly emotional. Sharing in this much unfiltered joy has connected us even further. Knicks in 5!!!!!
What would you do with $20,000?We would definitely invest some of it and then plan an incredible trip. We would head over to the Mediterranean. Italy is at the top of the list because Ron is Italian and has never been there. And I would love to go to Japan. Experiencing the food and culture of both of these countries is definitely bucket list.
