We met in high school in 1978. He was a senior I was a freshman at South Johnston in Benson, NC. And we've been together ever since.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?There's a lot of favorites memories but I think the best ones are when our boys were born. We have 3 William who goes by his middle name Jason, Mathew, And our little surprise Samuel. They are all grown up and have started their own families which is bitter sweet, we love our grandchildren to death but miss our babies being babies.
What would you do with $20,000?We would do some much needed repairs on the house and pay off some bills so Ron could retire! He’s 67 and working himself everyday to make ends meet, he dosent complain he always helps those in need and gives when he can. Ron is also a pastor and I have a blood disease and don’t have insurance. He works over time on top of church to make sure I can go to my appointments. I would give him the rest he deserves.
