I'm not gonna lie, in the 29 years we've been together we have loved and pissed each other off SO many times. It still works.
Help us share our love story in Variety, take home $20,000, and go on a triple date with Jeff & Emilie Goldblum and Charlie Day & Mary Elizabeth Ellis!
I was attending college in upstate New York and belonged to a co-ed fraternity. At the beginning of my senior year my frat was throwing a homecoming party. I was chatting with, Jason, one of my friends/fraternity brothers. Then I saw this cute guy walk in the room and he walked over to us. Jason then introduced me to his actual brother, Damon. I had known Jason 3 years and didn't know he had a brother. We ended up hanging out the whole night, ending at a coffee shop as the sun was coming up.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? We moved from NY to Austin, Texas in 1998. Being new to the area, young and broke we wanted to travel cheaply. We did a number of affordable weekend road trips and our favorite one was exploring Carlsbad Caverns while spending New Year's eve in New Mexico. We drank cheap champagne and sang karaoke with the locals in a hotel conference room. We loved that trip and still talk about it.
What would you do with $20,000?This is going to sound so boring but, we'd replace the siding on our house. It's in pretty bad shape and we really need to get it done. The price tag we've been quoted is about that much and our plan A to win the lottery hasn't panned out, so this is plan B. ;)
