Rikki patiently waited for me for almost 2 years to finally agree to a first date. Talk about commitment. At the time I wasn’t emotionally ready to commit to a relationship after just having my heart broken, and he understood that and his commitment to holding out for me was romantic. I even thought to myself before he attempted for another date that I missed my chance. And one day I get a message if I liked Nebraska Baseball and if I was free. The rest is history!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?So many to count honestly, but I would have to say it’s how I asked Rikki to be officially official with me! Yes I asked him if he’d be my man! We were standing in line waiting on our corn dogs at the College World Series baseball game and I asked because I could wait any longer! I wanted to shout from the rooftop we were official.
What would you do with $20,000?There are several ideas that we would have in mind. We love to travel go to concerts along with nascar races when we can, but it can be expensive. This money would help towards investing it in some adventures. Rikki is also in financial world, so I know investing in it for our future is also a smart move! We eventually want to buy a home with a backyard for our dogs so this money would also help with that.
