Rick is the quiet one while I am the chatty cathy. We have been married 32 years and fall in love more and more each day.
Help us share our love story in Variety, take home $20,000, and go on a triple date with Jeff & Emilie Goldblum and Charlie Day & Mary Elizabeth Ellis!
We met after both of us had been divorced. I had 4 children and Rick had none. I knew the night we met he was to be my husband, I didn't know how or why but I just knew. After a year and 1/2 dating he asked the kids if he could marry their mom and they were so excited and said yes. Rick took the kids to pick up ring and some roses. He came back to the house and popped the question. (Silly question if you ask me b/c I was head over heels in love with this amazing man.)
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? Our life as a military family had many memoriable moments. The best moment ever was when Rick adopted the children. He went from a single soldier to having a wife and 4 kids all in one moment. In 2008 we adopted another child together.
What would you do with $20,000?Being a retired couple from the military, having raised 5 children, now having 18 grandchildren and our 1st great granchild on the way; we feel like it is time to settle down and buy a home. We would love to win this 20,000 as a down payment or maybe to furnish a new home. If not that; we would love to go on a trip which we have not been able to take b/c of raising all these kiddos....
