With Richie I learned that a relationship is working through your tough moments.
We would like to thank you for supporting Richie Reiheld in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
I was student teaching in college when I was going through a time of rough dating. One teacher on the team was leaving for maternity leave shortly and I was able to fill her position. Her husband had a friend and she set us up. I remember going into the date not putting pressure on it and here we are now engaged!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?During fall 2025, Richie mentioned getting a real Christmas tree! I’ve always grew up with a real tree and he didn’t. We left around noon on December 7th and it was snowing! I was not ready to embrace the cold for this but was excited. When we got to the farm we begun looking at trees and Richie proposed right in the middle of the tree farm. There was a photographer nearby and it truly felt like a hallmark movie.
What would you do with $20,000?With 20,000 we would definitely set aside some for our wedding! I feel we’d also set aside some for our house and some for our student loans!
