Connect How did your love story begin?

Our love story began about a year and a half ago after we met online while I was working on a heavy civil project in Jamestown, North Dakota. During the winter and throughout the year, I flew from a small airport to visit Lauren in Colorado Springs, where we spent our time exploring, going on adventures, and building a strong connection. We're still long-distance, but that chapter is about to end as I start my next project in Las Vegas, bringing us together at last.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Our favorite memory together was spending the Fourth of July in Fort Lauderdale. After a day of sightseeing, we grabbed Pub Subs from the local Publix and headed to the beach for a simple date. We relaxed by the ocean, watched the sunset, and reflected on how far we'd come as a couple. It wasn't anything extravagant, but sharing that peaceful moment together made it one of our most meaningful memories.

What would you do with $20,000?

As a soon-to-be engaged couple, $20,000 would help us build the foundation for our future together. We're both relocating to the Summerlin area of Las Vegas, where I've recently purchased our first home. The money would go toward furnishing our house, covering moving expenses, and creating a warm, welcoming space where we can start this exciting new chapter. It would truly help turn our house into our home.
