How did your love story begin?

Our story began in high school when we started dating just before my senior year. We continued long-distance while Rex attended MMI in Arizona, dreaming of a future together. Life had other plans, and we went our separate ways, each marrying, raising children, and experiencing heartbreak. After two failed marriages and 23 years apart, fate brought us back together. Today, we’ve been happily married for nearly four years, grateful for the beautiful blended family we’ve built together.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Our most cherished memory as a couple is our wedding day. On December 12, beside the beautiful Green River, we exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony surrounded by our closest family and friends. Rex’s son officiated, making the day even more meaningful. Though the winter air was cold, the love we felt kept us warm. It was a perfect day filled with laughter, happy tears, and the beginning of our forever together.

What would you do with $20,000?

We’d use the $20,000 to give our big, blended family something we’ve always dreamed of—a beach vacation filled with time together instead of busy schedules. We’d make memories watching sunsets, building sandcastles with our grandkids, swimming, laughing, and simply enjoying each other. The greatest gift wouldn’t be the trip itself, but the chance to create unforgettable moments with the people we love most.
