Our love story began at work, where we only saw each other once a month during supervision. After spending a week together at a retreat, we started talking more, and I asked her to lunch. From that day on, we’ve spent nearly every day together. Our love has continued to grow through every season of life. Three days ago, we became husband and wife, and we’re excited to keep building our family and future together.

Some of our favorite memories include the first weekend we spent together, taking the kids to dinner, Lakeside, and Water World, and realizing how naturally we fit together as a family. We’ll never forget the surprise proposal, our trip to Seattle to meet family, and being there for each other through life’s challenges. But our favorite memory is our wedding day—sharing our vows, surrounded by loved ones, and becoming husband and wife.

If we won $20,000, we would use it to continue preparing to grow our family and welcome a baby. We would put it toward buying a home instead of renting, creating a stable foundation for our future. Most importantly, we would use it to help ensure our family is safe, secure, and has everything we need to continue building a life filled with love, opportunity, and stability.
