We still drive each other crazy after 45 years, in more ways than one. We laugh at and with each other every day! So blessed and lucky!

We were both at the same pool party with other people when we were only 15 and 18. Ray suddenly picked me up and jumped in the pool with me. Without saying a word, he swam away, leaving me flustered. Then, he called me a few days later to ask me out. I'll admit I was hesitant, but he persisted and won me over. I found out later his best friend, who was dating my best friend, had been telling him he should ask me out. The rest is history!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?After all these years, it's hard to choose a favorite memory. Obviously, the births of our kids and grandkids rank the highest. Another one that stands out is when we traveled to the Bahamas for our 10th anniversary. This was the first time we went to a different country. The ride in the cab to the resort was interesting. They drove really fast and on the wrong side of the road. We were laughing so hard, trying not to pee, and hoping we wouldn't die all at the same time!
What would you do with $20,000?We would love to take both our boys and their families on an amazing trip together. It's been about 12 years since we've vacationed together, and the family has grown since. As we age, we realize time is going by way too fast. However, the practical side of our brains might want to concrete our driveway.
