Sometimes I cannot just can't understand where my head is at or what my heart is saying.
We would like to thank you for supporting "Very Close Friends" in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
It was a bright Summer's day around 10 years ago, I was on my way to FanimeCon in San Jose. The two of us met through a mutual friend at their hotel room. As we got to talking we discovered our interests aligned; and even in the things we didn't, we influenced each other to adopt each others' respective interests. It wasn't long before we decided to wear our favorite costumes together, Yu Narukami and Yosuke Hanamura, which are characters from the game "Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4".
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Back three or four years ago, he and I attended FanimeCon in San Jose again. We started a tradition that year of wearing our favorite costumes and going out for a night on the town, which we've continued every year! That first time was really special. We both were maniacs on the dance floor and drank way too much for a regular person. We didn't care though, we were free, reaching out to the truth.
What would you do with $20,000?The two of us would continue going to our favorite events together and even take our favorite costumes to Japan! Japan is the birthplace of the game that spawned our favorite characters to dress up as. Since we met through friends, we both find friendship very important and would invite our close friends to come along with us. I can only imagine the magic that would be like.
