Our oldest son's, who had been buddies in school, conspired together to get us connected on a date. They succeeded and we attended a 1950's dance. It was a perfect evening, magical, like Cinderella and her Prince. We've been dancing ever since.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?On our first anniversary we crawled up a ladder onto our roof to watch the 4th of July fireworks. It was fantastic...until the ladder fell over and trapped us on top of the house. We had to call down to people passing to help us. Memorable.
What would you do with $20,000?David and I have six children and 12 grandchildren. They live in Georgia, Colorado, Hawaii, Greece and North Dakota. We have never once, in 29 years of marriage, had them all together with us. Someone is always missing. That is what we would do. A reunion.
