How did your love story begin?

Originally we met on a dating app. (Phoenix) I saw a profile a kind man with the best smile. I liked his profile. It took only about an hour of communication to realize we should meet. We met at a local brewery and he decided to sit next to me instead of across. It instantly broke any akwardness we had. After a few dates we realized he was my claims agent for a car theft I had a year ago, I remember our conversation and his kindness. I prayed I get sent a man like him. I got sent him.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

It would probably be when we decided to enter a national level karaoke competition. Ryujin had never done anything like this but loves music and singing competition shows. I was already an avid karaoke competition competitor so I asked if he would like to join. We had been skirting around boyfriend/girlfriend for awhile. The day of our duet was the first day of many we sang on stage together. And the day he called me his girlfriend. (To someone else but it was good to know where we stood.)

What would you do with $20,000?

We are trying to get a home together. Financially even together its still a struggle. We are joining our little brady bunch and need a home big enough to support us, his 3 children and my son. We are happy life gave us a second chance at love after both having similar failed marriages. We know now that things that can be built from pain can blossom into a beautiful new love story that we both always desired.
