We were college friends who fell in love. Paul stood by me when I had Ovarian Cancer in our 1st year of marriage. Respect, support, fun.
Help us share our love story in Variety, take home $20,000, and go on a triple date with Jeff & Emilie Goldblum and Charlie Day & Mary Elizabeth Ellis!
We were in a college friend group in 1976 of Boston U women and MIT men. We were both dating others and eventually those relationships ended. Paul was a good friend to me when my boyfriend broke my heart. We just started spending time alone and after a foliage hike, Paul kissed me and I felt like I had found my home, pure chemistry. We were a secret couple but when we came out, our friends said it was about time we found each other! We fell in love, and started dating. We complement each other
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Adopting each of our kids via international adoption which is challenging, but we believe each of our kids were meant to be ours. Our daughter is brilliant and wise and our son is the funniest person alive with a heart of gold. They have each had challenges, but they have thrived and bring us great joy.
What would you do with $20,000?Help our children financially if there is something they need but cannot afford. Also, take them on a fantastic family adventure. We are a family of scuba divers and snorkelers who love oceans and travel. We don’t see our kids enough as 1 lives in Canada and the other lives in Holland, while we live in Philly. We try to do a family trip every other year in Aruba, but would love to take them to Bali or Bora Bora.
