Connect How did your love story begin?

In 2005, on an early Yahoo Groups social network called Florida Singles, two wounded hearts crossed paths. We had both been jilted and saw little chance for love again. Then Brandy came into my life with two sons who became my world. What began as a message became a family, a refuge, and a love story neither of us thought was still possible. We did not just find romance. We found healing, purpose, laughter, and a reason to believe that God was not finished writing our story. And He still writes.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Our favorite memory will always be our first trip to Las Vegas, where we renewed our vows with Elvis and laughed like two kids who had somehow found forever twice. It was bright, funny, romantic, and perfectly us. But Vegas is only one shining chapter in a meaningful life filled with family, adventure, and love. We have made so many memories that our family sometimes lives vicariously through us, sharing in our stories, our joy, and the proof that love can keep making life unforgettable for us.

What would you do with $20,000?

With $20,000, we would make memories, not just purchases. We would take our family on an adventure they would never forget, maybe return to Las Vegas, renew the laughter, and celebrate the life we have built. We would also set some aside for something practical, because that is who we are. But mostly, we would use it to create moments our children and grandchildren could talk about for years, because the greatest thing money can buy is time together and stories worth telling again and again too.
