We dated in high school in 1986. We reconnected after 30 years and are engaged. We encourage each other every day. We live 9.5 hours apart.
Help us share our love story in Variety, take home $20,000, and go on a triple date with Jeff & Emilie Goldblum and Charlie Day & Mary Elizabeth Ellis!
Our story began in 1986 when we dated in high school. After that, we both went our separate ways and lived life. Pam got married and had 2 beautiful kids, then unfortunately, suffered the loss of her husband. I allowed addiction to get the best of me, and received a 60 year sentence in prison. We both turned to God to get us through everything, and He did. We reconnected after 30 years on April 15, 2021. But God!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? We share our lives. What we went through and how God has brought us together. Pam lost a spouse, raised 2 kids and provided a home for her family. I battled addiction and served 28 years of a 60-year sentence in prison. We both share a message of hope, love, mercy, and grace. We share God and what He has done in our lives. You can see the love we have for each other in our pictures that are below.
What would you do with $20,000?We would get married and take a train trip across the U.S. We would celebrate our families, both of whom worked for the railroads in Chicago. Pam's mom, dad, and grandfather worked for the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad. My dad started with Norfolk & Western and retired from the Norfolk Southern Railroad.
