Our love story began through a mutual friend, Adrian, who shared a class with Sagey and a different class with Nevaeh. Adrian brought Nevaeh to his and Sagey's class, where they were introduced on October 15, 2024. We found out we had many other mutual friends. We would hang out during tabling on Wednesdays at UCR and outside of class to grab food and talk for hours. This led Nevaeh to ask Sagey to date, and Sagey officially asked Nevaeh to be her girlfriend on Valentine's Day in 2025.

We have many favorite memories; however, our favorite is a recent one. We both graduated from UCR recently. It was so bittersweet to graduate with the person who made our college experience so much better. We did our grad pictures together, and did so many day trips together leading up to graduation day, like Disney, LA, SD, and OC. Toward the end of our college experience, we didn't have any finals or any more work left, so we spent all day, every day together and it was such a beautiful time.

We would give that money to our parents to help repay them for putting us through undergrad. That money will be used to help our parents pay off their houses and cars. Our parents have been our biggest supporters. They encouraged and supported us throughout our college careers. They have also had to make a lot of sacrifices for us to be able to get our education, and we appreciate them so much. We are both back living at home for a gap year, so our parents will definitely appreciate the money.
