After a string of underwhelming dates, Tabitha deleted her apps. The next night she was dragged to an original musical (a gamble of time spent), where she saw a James Dean lookalike, who had the voice of a rockstar angel. Even under the bright stage lights, she saw him see her, too. Afterwards, the stage door opened, and they immediately locked eyes. He waved like an idiot. The illusion of James Dean was gone. We flirted all night, and that was our first, unplanned, date.

In 2020 Tabitha adopted the most perfect little angel kitten named Reggie. He and Morgan immediately took to each other, but since we lived apart, Tabitha always referred to Morgan as, "Mom's Boyfriend" instead of, "Dad" - like any responsible single mother would. We finally moved in together 3 years later, and after Morgan had routinely taken on breakfast duties and cuddle responsibilities, Tabitha looked at him one day as she held Reggie and said, "Thanks, Dad". Morgan cried.

Tbh, we would put a big chunk toward a dope ass honeymoon. In the 8+ years we've been together, we've only taken two trips together that wasn't for a wedding, funeral, or to visit our families. We love being super involved in our beautiful, robust community, but we are starved for some special, specific quality time together. We are currently working multiple jobs to save for our wedding next year, and this would be a substantial gift to our financial stability and dream honeymoon.
