I was a widow had lost my first husband of 27 years. A friend convinced me to put a profile on social media called plenty of fish. David was one of the first profiles that caught my eye. I reached out. We talked over the phone for several weeks before he gave me the line that he’d like to have a good grilled cheese sandwich. I invited him over for a grilled cheese sandwich, we spoke till almost 2:30 in the morning, just about life and our expectations in a relationship.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We were married in 2015 on the beach in the Bahamas. I had never been out of the country. He made me feel so very special.
What would you do with $20,000?Since David and I met, he has experienced a lot of health issues. He’s had cancer three times and survived it. Back surgeries he has a pacemaker kidney damage from treatment. We continue to push forward in our lives with a love that is unconditional. With that money, we would hope to be able to take another trip although he does not travel well. Of course we both turned 60 this year as well. We’d like to have a beautiful party to celebrate. We would just spend the money trying to enjoy our life
