Hinge! He thought I was a catfish but sent me a rose anyway. We talked for 3 days before he asked me to coffee, which is my secret preference for first meetings to avoid any expectations. I showed up 20 minutes early so I could order my insane drink, and he was already there waiting. He didn’t expect the date to last as long or go as well as it did and almost hit my rental car as we were both leaving the garage because he was telling his friends about how well it went.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Wandering Paris during our honeymoon. We decided to go for our one year anniversary, it lets us save, use points, and get into a routine after the wedding and gave us something to look forward to. It was incredible. No plans, a few reservations, and meandering from cafe to cafe drinking cocktails and eating fries all day while looking at some of the most amazing architecture and art my husband has dreamt of seeing in person.
What would you do with $20,000?We bought a condo that needs quite a bit of work and this would make a huge difference in upgrades more recent than 1995. We need to get it to a place where we can consistently have family and friends visit and stay with us. And, one day, have our moms live with us.
