It was a hot day at the Russian River. Sloane heard a drumbeat in the distance. Curious what lay around the bend, they entered the water to seek the source of that sound. JK folks…it was on an app! But Sloane’s first msg to Mihee was about the photo of her at the river with a Korean drum. (We’re imaginative OK?) We are each other’s first longterm Queer relationship. Despite facing lack of acceptance early on, we are surrounded by incredible community that inspires us to be proud of our love
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Chasing turquoise dreams in Mendocino on an outrigger canoe. We were looking for river otters and fell in love instead!
What would you do with $20,000?We would use this money to make life a tad more easeful for 2 medium distance girlfriends. Our greatest goals are to be of service to our communities, to live well, and be an example of expansive love. Every person is unique and free to be themselves and that’s that!
