Miguel and I met in 7th grade when he first fell for me in history class. What started as a childhood friendship grew into a lifelong bond. After years of being best friends, supporting each other through life's challenges and COVID in 2020, we realized our connection was something more. Our friendship turned into love, and we've continued to grow together through trust, resilience, and an unbreakable bond.

It's impossible for us to choose just one favorite memory because every chapter of our journey means something special. If we won the $20,000, we would use it as a down payment toward our first home. One of our biggest goals as a couple is building a future together, and homeownership is a huge part of that dream. We've tried multiple times to find a place of our own, but navigating today's housing and rental market has been challenging, especially as a young couple. We currently live with our parents while saving and planning for the future, and this opportunity would bring us one step closer to creating a home
