On accident actually. I went to visit him in Dallas, my first kid free trip in a while. We had been friends for decades, and we hadn't hung out in a long time. We started "dating" almost as soon as my plane landed. Neither of us were looking for a relationship and both of us were hesitant due to our friendship. But once I visited, it was hard to stay apart. He actually flew back home with me to have some time with the kids. We did back and forth for 1.5 yrs before he moved out with us.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Road tripping along the northern East Coast. I had never been and it was great to have time just to ourselves, seeing new things, stopping anywhere we wanted, trying new foods. We just talked too, barely listened to any music which is funny because we first connected romantically over music. Both of us are huge Linda Ronstadt fans, and neither knew.
What would you do with $20,000?We have 3 kids, and a granddaughter, debt and we bring in friends or family who need help when ever needed. We'd pay off some debt, help my youngest get a new car and probably repipe our house. Adult stuff.
