We have been married for 19 years. We recently moved to west Texas to pursue a dream of raising cattle and kids in a space without concrete.

I met Matt on a blind date. When I got home that evening (at the young age of 18) I told my Dad I just knew he was the guy I was going to marry. How did the blind date get set up? I told a casual acquaintance if I ever met a boy with a tattoo of the state of Texas I would marry him, so she organized the meet up and the rest is history.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Tabbie's favorite: After we had our first child, and I was 12 secs postpartum; when I took a shower Matt washed me hair for me. It was so intentional and so precious. As I am highly independent, this was a new space for me and I'm so thankful for it. Matt's Favorite: Several years ago, we hosted a crawfish boil for the fire dept (he's a fireman) and it was the best day, there's a photo of us smoking cigars and enjoying the event. Matt says it was the best day.
What would you do with $20,000?As we bought raw land in the desert of west Texas there is so so much work that needs to be done and infrastructure that needs to be built, this money would be very impactful in completing the work. We need a tractor, we need to build a barn, we need shelter stations for the livestock ect. $20,000 would really support the adventure we are building with our family. We also have 4 children - we would definitely use this funding toward them and their needs/interests.
