This story began in the Spring of 1994. My mom was constantly nagging me I needed to get out more. I worked early mornings and had no interest being picked up in a bar. Fast forward, mom made me a golf lesson that the instructor cancelled after I arrived. The next lesson I arrived and my instructor came over to start the lesson. After struggling he said,”if you can hit the next ball and it’s in the air, I’ll take you to dinner.” Annoyed, but we ended up at the Red Robin.

My husband is ok with my infatuation with Mark Wahlberg and found out a Wahlburgers restaurant was in Las Vegas. At the time I was working at the school and had Friday off. When I got home my husband surprised me with 2 tickets to Vegas and back where we went to dinner at Wahlburgers, watched the fountain at the Bellagio, then headed back to the airport. This was a super fun and spontaneous date night.

We would spend it on a down payment towards an RV. We started our family immediately and are now young and fun empty nesters. Our children live in different states and would enjoy traveling to see them. . Sean and I have talked for years of downsizing our home and start traveling to see our children and the country. We would love to start this next adventure.
