John C. Barnes and I met at a human potential seminar (EST) where about 200 people participated. During a break John asked me to dance. There was no music and no one else around. I figured, I love to dance, so why not? It was pretty silly. We sat together for the rest of the seminar and got chewed out for getting too cozy.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We and our two adult children went on a 5 day kayaking trip amongst the orcas in Northern B.C. Although we stayed ashore the last night, our children took the guides' offer of a last sunset kayak/fishing option near our "glam campsite". Noa, who knows all of the orcas, noticed something. She kept saying "OMG". Soon one of the largest orcas swam under the kayaks and came up right in the middle of the kayaks and breached, surprising and amusing us all. It was incredible!
What would you do with $20,000?Seed the start of a community vegetable and fruit garden at our Temple for members and nearby local dwellers that don't have garden space to grow their own.
