Connect How did your love story begin?

35 years ago, a simple night out changed everything. We met at a bar through a mutual friend, both of us fresh off recent breakups. Neither of us any intention of dating or starting a romance. We were just moving on with life. But destiny had other plans. It was the ultimate definition of being in the right place at the right time. What began as a pure coincidence grew into 33 beautiful years of marriage, proving that the best love stories always find you when you least expect them.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Our absolute favorite memory as a couple has to be buying our house together and getting to watch our family grow inside it. It’s the place where we’ve built our life, shared countless laughs, and watched our children grow into who they are today. Of all the moments we've shared over the last 35 years, nothing beats the feeling of turning those four walls into our home and filling them with a lifetime of love and beautiful memories.

What would you do with $20,000?

If we had $20,000, we would use it to take care of the things closest to our hearts. First, we’d get ahead of our bills to have that peace of mind. Then, we would absolutely love to help our daughter pay for her upcoming wedding and make her dream day special. Finally, we’d invest the rest back into our home, fixing up a few things around the house where we’ve raised our family. It would be such a blessing to check those things off our list and support our daughter as she starts her own chapter.
