We met at an airport gate in St. Louis. We were both heading home from separate business trips and struck up a conversation over a People magazine while waiting for our flights. A month later, he called me.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Honestly, I don’t think we could choose just one. We’ve shared 23 years of memories—big milestones, hard seasons, laughter, adventures, and countless ordinary moments that became extraordinary because we were together. If I had to pick a favorite, it would simply be doing life with together. Every chapter has been my favorite for a different reason
What would you do with $20,000?We’d buy ourselves something that’s hard to put a price on—time. We’d step away from work for a little while, spend more time together, visit our kids and family more often, and make memories with the people we love. Work takes so much from all of us, and a $20,000 cushion would give us the chance to breathe, enjoy life a little more, and not worry so much about the ‘how’ for a while. At this stage of our lives, experiences and time with family mean far more to us than things.
