When we were 21, we met on hinge. We had our first date in September. Dinner at a sushi restaurant and then a drink at a video game bar. We talked for hours and did not want it to end. We ended up seeing each other every other day and realized it was going somewhere good. We had a lot of niche interests and spoke about mental health and what we want in life. It always felt easy being around each other. We could be serious, but we mostly just laughed. It has been this way for 5 years now.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our first year into dating we went to Marco Island, Florida. We sat in the beach at sunset and talked about what we see for our futures. The sound of the waves and the watercolor sky set the scene. Evan was skipping rocks and teaching me how to do so. Was so carefree that day.
What would you do with $20,000?We would probably buy a house. What ever we didn’t use would either go into savings or help us with our passions. (Music, writing, art).
