We met through the Southern Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce where I was an Ambassador and he joined as a member. He catered a dinner party mixer with his Puerto Rican food and I was impressed. I had no idea the magnetic, joyful man standing across the room that night would in time turn out to be my true love. I immediately noticed his energy, smile, and how his presence brightened the atmosphere. Our acquaintanceship later grew into a connection neither of us could have ever seen coming.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?The night of the 250th Marine Corps Ball was when he knelt before me in his uniform and asked me to be his wife. In that single moment as he placed a beautiful unique ring on my finger it was undeniably real that God designed us for each other. As I replied yes I then was sure I'd spend the rest of my life with the man of my dreams who makes me feel safe, unconditionally loved and at peace. I felt like the happiest woman on earth.
What would you do with $20,000?We would fund a and go on a Christian mission trip overseas and begin our mististry journey together. As a dynamic team we would help others grow to know, love and serve Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.
