Connect How did your love story begin?

Our love story began during the first week of our freshman year of college. From the moment we met, there was a connection, but the timing wasn’t quite right. We stayed in touch, and about six months later he came as my date to a sorority date night. As the year went on, our feelings continued to grow, and about a year after we met, we started dating. Looking back, it’s incredible to see how something that began during our first week of college grew into the relationship we have today.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

One of our favorite memories together is the mission trip we took to the Dominican Republic. Spending a week serving others, installing water filters, and sharing such a meaningful experience strengthened our relationship in a way we never expected. We learned so much about ourselves, each other, and the importance of serving others. Between the hard work, the laughter, and the memories we made, it was a week we’ll never forget and one we’re so grateful we got to experience together.

What would you do with $20,000?

If we were given $20,000, we would use it to help pay for our future wedding and create a day that celebrates the love we’ve built over the years. We would also save a portion to help us start our life together, whether that be for a future home, unexpected expenses, or building our savings. It would be an incredible blessing to not only make our wedding dreams a reality, but also invest in the future we’re excited to build together.
