Connect How did your love story begin?

Our love story began as two content solo individuals who weren’t actually looking for love! However, we had some mutual friends and our meeting was inevitable. After we met and saw each other around a few times, I reached out and once we started talking we never stopped. The conversation flowed effortlessly (and still does) and we were having such a good time getting to know each other we decided to go on a date, but not before we had some very intensely fun Tetris matches against one another!

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

One of our favorite memories as a couple is actually one of our first dates. We got really dressed up and went to see Distant Worlds. Final Fantasy holds a special place in both of our hearts, so it was incredibly beautiful to be able to experience the music from the series played by an orchestra. We were both moved to tears at various times throughout the performance! We both felt really glad that we got to experience something so sentimentally valuable to each of us independently, together.

What would you do with $20,000?

We have had some really tough times over the last year, we have been navigating disability and losing our jobs and it’s been very challenging. We would spend the money getting ourselves out of debt so we can feel more confidently about our financial future together. I know that isn’t the sexiest or most altruistic answer, but it’s the most honest one! And believe me, if there was anything left after medical and financial debt was paid off, we would love to take a romantic vacation
