How did your love story begin?

We met at a trivia night through a mutual friend and realized that we enjoyed each other's quirky personalities thus became fast friends. I was always the designated driver when our friend group would hang out and I started taking him home last even though it was out of the way because I just enjoyed his company. We would sit out in the car and talk before he went into his apartment. One night, he randomly kissed me and invited me in to watch It's Always Sunny... we've been together 12 years.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Going to the Greek island of Hydra! We were walking back to our hotel stuffed and he scooped up an armful of the island cats then looked at me with this adorable look of pride. "The Way You Look Tonight" was playing through an open restaurant door and that's when I realized that there was no one else that I ever wanted to be with.

What would you do with $20,000?

I had planned to take him to London for his 30th birthday and had saved for this despite opening up a business a few months before, but our trip got cancelled due to the COVID shutdown. I would love to take him there and I know that he would want me to pay off my credit card debt that unfortunately accrued due to tough economic times starting a new business right before a pandemic. The remainder would be put into a savings account to help us move to another country before we're too old.
