Connect How did your love story begin?

Karaoke night, Halloween 2011. Both with other people, immediately clicked but always kept an appropriate distance. Life took us in different directions—until April 17, 2024. A simple ‘Hey’, turned into a first date that would last 3 days. Less than a week later, a 3 AM decision that left everyone we knew speechless.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

We’ve both always said one of our most memorable moments as a couple is when we first saw each other after 13 years. He picked me up from the train station, and when I opened the door, there was this wave of energy that we’ve never been able to fully put into words. Like two magnets being pulled together. We decided to go for a drink, and when he opened my door, I felt like we were supposed to kiss. I found out later that he felt it, too. We held hands at the bar like we’d been in love for years

What would you do with $20,000?

It’s been our dream to marry in Scotland. After a career threatening injury, we decided to get legally married and have our dream wedding the following spring. Life had other plans, and three days after we made it official, we learned we were expecting, and welcomed our daughter 4/5/26. We signed the papers but never said our vows. If we won, we would take our children to Edinburgh and say our vows in the highlands in front of our family.
