i once hosted a bicycling radio show, & my producer suggested i check out his friend, sue. the hooks were that she was a good cyclist AND that she - like me - had three rescue greyhounds. we quickly fell for each other, & it took off. she started racing, & we raced tandems, too. my daughter & grandkids adore her. it’s been 16 years, but folks believe me when i say it’s been 40. when you stop looking for love, it happens!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?our wedding was on RAGBRAI, at a lakeside tiki bar. it was attended by 1000s of riders, & covered by video in the new york times! folks STILL stop and tell us it was their best day ever in ragbrai. hard to top such a beginning.
What would you do with $20,000?we want to go back to italy for an extended cycling trip. any remaining funds would be donated to our rescue program, “the orphanage,” to aid in transporting & fostering sighthounds.
